If this is your first time booking a staycation with us then you must book your dog in for an Introduction Day before any staycation booking requests can be submitted. You can find out more on what to expect from our Introduction Days here. Please note, even if you have completed an introduction session for our secure parks, you will still need to book an Introduction Day for our Luxury Dog Hotel.

Our Introduction Days include 5 hours of complete care for your dog from their selected drop off time to pick up. 

 

Please check that your dog meets our Hotel guest criteria before booking an Introduction Day. 

• Your dog must have no history of aggression or reactivity towards any other dog or human.

• If male and over 6 months old, your dog must have been castrated to stay with us (please always seek professional advice on the appropriate age to castrate your dog).

• Your dog must be comfortable mixing and socialising with other dogs and humans. 

• Your dog must be fully housetrained.

• Your dog doesn’t display any behaviour issues such as, destructiveness, possessive behaviours or excessive barking at other dogs and/or humans

• Your dog must be fully vaccinated against the following - Kennel Cough, Canine Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Distemper, Para Influenza and Leptospirosis. Please note, Kennel Cough is not a routine vaccination, please make your vet aware that your dog will need it for boarding.

If your dog does not fit the above criteria, then unfortunately our unique hotel set up will not be suitable for them. If you have any queries on the above, please give us a call on 07944 545 136 to discuss before booking, or submit your enquiry here.

 

If you are confident that your dog fits the above criteria then you can create an account and request to book with us by following the steps below. Please ensure you have all of your dog's information available including; vaccination details, worming and flea treatment details and insurance provider details (if insured). You will be required to upload an image of proof of vaccinations prior to submitting your booking request. Please ensure this image clearly shows your dog's name, owners name, date vaccinations were given, vaccination type, when the next vaccination is due and a stamp or signature by the practitioner who administered the vaccine.

1. Click the 'Book An Introduction Day' button below and follow the steps to create your account. Please ensure to fill in all of the required information to fully complete yours' and your pups' profile.
    

2. Once completed, select 'Introduction Day' and choose a time and date
    

3. Carefully read and agree to the Ts & Cs. Once you have done so you can submit your booking request. Please note this is not a confirmed booking. Our team will review your booking request and respond within 72 hours
    

4. If your booking has been accepted, you will be notified and prompted to follow the steps to payment
    

5. Your booking is now confirmed, turn up on the day and one of our team will meet you at our Hotel car park

The duration of our Introduction Day is 5 hours. Please note: when viewing your booking on your customer portal, our booking system will list your Introduction Day as 30 minutes long, please ignore this.

 

Once you have successfully completed an Introduction Day,  you will then be able to book future staycations for your pup with us!
