Our facilities are situated in the heart of the Welsh countryside, surrounded by 29 acres of organic fields and woodland. We are conveniently located near the M4, just 1.6 miles from Cwmbran and 3.6 miles from Newport.

Our secure dog parks are perfect for exercising your dog in a safe and stimulating environment, without the worry of interference from other dogs and owners. Perhaps your dog lacks recall, or, you have a nervous or reactive dog, or you simply just want a space to exercise your dog off lead with peace of mind that they are in a safe, enclosed environment- our secure dog parks are the ideal solution for you!
Our secure parks are available for private hire. You and your dog will have sole use of either our Dog Adventure Park or Dog Sensory Park. Both parks are completely secure and our coded gate systems, separate car parks and staggered time slots mean that you can have complete peace of mind, knowing you won’t be disturbed during your session. Both parks are surrounded by 6 foot fencing, with a further foot dug into the ground for extra safety.

Officially voted "South Wales Dog Park of the Year". Dogs are social creatures who rely on physical and mental stimulation for their health and happiness. Here at The Cwtch Animal Homestay we have created a safe, secure and stimulating environment for you and your dog to enjoy together. Our Dog Adventure Park has over 8 different types of fun equipment and obstacles. Watch your dog explore and enjoy each one by running, jumping, balancing and navigating their way through them. Our Dog Adventure Park provides low-impact but challenging activities, meaning it is suitable for dogs of all ages and fitness levels. Our secure dog field is available for sole use, or you can share your booking with a friend. Please note, our Luxury Dog Hotel is situated opposite this park. If you have a highly reactive pup, we recommend checking out our Dog Sensory park where you will have complete privacy, away from Hotel guests being picked up and dropped off.
Did you know that dogs have approximately 300 million receptors in their nose, and the part of their brain that is devoted to analysing smells is almost 40 times greater than ours? This being said, dogs just like us, need mental stimulation to support their overall health and wellbeing. Our Dog Sensory Park reduces stress and anxiety, whilst providing stimulation and nourishing enrichment. In simple terms, our Dog Sensory Park is the way to your dogs heart and nose! The park is made up of a variety of different obstacles, smells and textures to engage all of your dogs' senses, stimulating them both mentally and physically. Combining elements of both adventure and sensory experiences, our Dog Sensory Park is the first in South Wales. Enjoy introducing your dog to new scents, textures and puzzle games, helping to calm hyperactive dogs and build confidence/ lower stress levels in nervous and anxious dogs. Our Sensory Park is available for sole use, or you can share your booking with a friend.

All first time users of our park will have to complete a one-off Introduction session. Our Full Introductions cover both parks. During this session, we will quickly run through the rules of the parks and answer any questions you may have. You will then have the remaining time to enjoy the park with your dog(s).
(Monday - Friday) - £15 ​per session. £2.50 per additional dog. Maximum of 4 dogs. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

(Saturday & Sunday) - £17 ​per session. £2.50 per additional dog. Maximum of 4 dogs. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

We are conveniently located just 1.6 miles from Cwmbran and 3.6 miles from Newport.​ We are situated in the peaceful country lanes close to Henllys. Our facilities are based at Little Cwrt Bach Farm, NP44 7AZ.

You can now find us on Google Maps. Just enter 'The Cwtch Animal Homestay', and this will bring you straight to our gates. There is a wooden sign outside our gate pointing you towards our car park. You will then be greeted by a member of the team in front of our meet and greet shed.
